Avoiding Depression


Have you ever felt depressed? What were the factors that contributed your depression? What did you do to overcome depression?  Depression is a state of low mood and dissatisfaction to activities that a normal person does every day. It can affect our physical, emotional and mental health. If you feel that you are starting to experience depression, it is better to see a doctor. We can avoid depression by praying to God and of course, consulting a doctor. Doctors, usually psychologists and psychiatrists have extended studies about mental and emotional disorder like psychologist temecula. In my case, I try to avoid depression by asking psychologists some questions on how to avoid it.
