The Convenience of Having Your Own Car

In the United States, almost all families own at least one car because it seems like a necessity to them. Unlike in the US, having a car in the Philippines is a status symbol, meaning, your family’s annual income is in the higher bracket. Buying a new or used car in the Philippines seems like expensive for a common Filipino who takes home a minimum pay per month. Well, that’s the sad truth. My family doesn’t own a car and I want to have one in a span of five years because I need it to my work. Moreover, commuting is quite inconvenient for me due to my allergic rhinitis. It attacks when I inhale smoke and dust. Most of the buses that routing to our place is not air conditioned so it’s a pain in the ass. When I acquire a car, I will just apply a car loan; however, I have bad credit. Good thing I have found Loans For Bad Credit. Through that, I’ll be able to apply for a car loan without any flaw.

When it comes to bathroom tiles, my mother prefers yellow or pink. My mom believes that bathroom and kitchen are the most important parts of the house. We cook and process our food in the kitchen and we answer the call of nature in the bathroom. So, my mom wanted to renovate out bathroom first before the kitchen. Let’s talk about the bathroom for now. Our bathroom before had a lousy appearance. It was very small, about two square meters only. The toilet bowl had peach color and there were no tiles. Furthermore, the shower was just made out of plastic so it easily got rusty and mossy. Last year, my mom decided to renovate our bathroom. She ordered to install yellow tiles for the wall and brownish ties for the floor. Also, she bought white toilet bowl and sink, silver shower and faucets. Above the tile border is wall painted in white. Of course, the plumbing system should be prioritize and should be taken care by the trusted name in Plumbing like Plumbing Tacoma. Plumbing Tacoma has been in the industry for many years now and that is the proof of their reliability and best service.

Choosing the Right Car

I’m not so familiar about cars but when I saw Mitsubishi Evo in their website, my enthusiasm has knocked. My family doesn’t have own car because we think of renovating our house first. When we are done with our house, that’s the time we purchase a car. My uncle advised me that I buy a brand new one because used cars are prone to damage. Moreover, we don’t rely our full travel convenience with a second-hand car because it doesn’t last for many years. My manager in our company purchased a Mitsubishi car last 1998 and until now, his family enjoys it. It doesn’t give him any major problem and that’s the good thing about purchasing a new one. If you have cash or you can finance a car through, then why not does it? When it comes to car, now, my priority is Mitsubishi Evo.
